Community Guidelines
Peopls is built on trust and mutual support. These Community Guidelines explain what we allow on the platform, how we review content, and what happens when something doesn’t meet our standards. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Be honest and respectful
- Use accurate information in your profile, stories, and gratitude posts.
- Treat other people with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and targeted abuse are not allowed.
- Do not impersonate individuals, organizations, or Peopls staff.
2. Stories and support requests
- Stories must describe a genuine need. Misleading titles, photos, or goals may be removed.
- Duplicate or fraudulent stories are prohibited.
- Follow applicable laws and our verification requirements when we ask for identity or payout details.
3. Prohibited content
Examples of content we may remove or reject include:
- Illegal activity, scams, or instructions to harm people or property
- Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Extreme violence or gore shown gratuitously
- Spam, malware, or deceptive links
- Content that primarily promotes hate or discrimination against protected groups
4. Moderation and enforcement
We review reports and may pause, reject, or remove stories or posts that violate these Guidelines or our Terms. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or closure. Where we take action, we aim to be fair and consistent; you may appeal certain decisions by contacting us as described in the Terms of Service.
5. Reporting and safety
If you see something that puts someone at risk or violates these rules, use in-app reporting where available or email urgent@peopls.app for urgent safety issues. General questions: support@peopls.app.
6. Changes
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of Peopls after updates means you accept the revised Guidelines.
